What’s provided
A natural cork mat, block, blanket and pillow for your final relaxation (savasana).

A slow, mindful class combining gentle movement and breathwork, designed to encourage awareness and support the nervous system. The final 15 minutes are dedicated to a guided relaxation with sound, helping you release tension and leave feeling grounded and restored.

What to bring:
Yoga Mat

I can highly recommend Soft Earth Yoga in Criccieth. Ella creates such a wonderful, calming atmosphere and immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable in her classes.
