I work 1:1 with women online via Google Meet / Zoom to create a gentle, supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect.

A personalised session tailored to your needs and lifestyle, along with simple Ayurvedic-based guidance to support balance and overall wellbeing, from the comfort of your own home. These sessions may include guided movement, breathwork, reiki and an extended relaxation with sound. Each session includes a short personalised consultation beforehand so everything can be tailored to you.

What you’ll need
A quiet, comfortable space where you can move freely. You may also wish to have a mat, blanket, and pillow for your final relaxation (savasana).
